INVASIVE CARDIOLOGY SERVICES

Hours: Monday - Friday 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. + On Call 24/7
Services include diagnostic and interventional coronary angiography including stent
placement, rotablater. Atrial Septal Defect and Patent Foramen Ovale repair and cardiac
rhythm management, including electrophysiology, ablation, long-term event monitoring,
permanent pacemaker and cardio-defibrillator implantation.

CARDIOVASCULAR UNIT (CVU)

The Cardiovascular Unit specializes in open heart surgery, as well as cardiothoracic and
cardiovascular post surgical care. Other services include care of critical cardiac patients,
including but not limited to Post-PTCA/Stent patients, Continuous Renal Replacement
Therapy, and Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump.
