What Can a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Do For You?
It can be hard to know what to eat! Between what you hear on TV and radio and what you read in newspapers, magazines and on the internet, it can seem like a real challenge to make healthy choices.
A registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) can provide sound, practical, easy-to-follow advice just for you and your health needs.
To develop your recipe for success, the registered dietitian nutritionist will listen to you and base all recommendations on your personal healthy history, your current lifestyle, favorite foods, and eating and exercise habits. The RDN will help you set goals and give you tools to help you achieve them. There will be time for you to discuss your concerns and answer your questions
Please call 240-964-8416 with questions or to schedule an appointment.
