What an outstanding experience. The doctor was prepared for my visit. He had reviewed my file thoroughly, had consulted with prior doctors, and explained his concerns and plans for treatment. He was welcoming, easy to understand and explained things in a manner that was not at all condescending. I feel as though I am an equal partner in my treatment plan.
