UPMC Western Maryland offers a free, Bariatric Support Group for individuals who have had bariatric surgery or want to gain insight from those who have had the experience.

Chronic Pain Self-Management Program

If you or someone you know suffers with chronic pain, please register for this research-based Chronic Pain Self-Management Program. Originally developed by Stanford University, this FREE six-week workshop explores: The mind-body connection, the benefits of physical activity, the connection between food and chronic pain and ways to communicate with your food and chronic pain doctor and family.
